Our housing histories: personal timelines of housing change
Our housing histories is a collective project to document tenants’ stories in Scotland through timelines, text and photography and other creative means. By mapping our journeys through the housing system, we can track the personal, political and economic changes that affect tenants’ lives, as well as reflecting on our experiences, problems and moments of happiness.
A number of housing timeline workshops were held in 2020 and 2021 in conjunction with the Workers’ Educational Association, Living Rent and the Glasgow Women’s Library, and we hope to organise more soon through the GHSA.
***We recognise that housing can be an emotive and difficult subject, so please only share what you are comfortable with***
